Hey Mama, Let’s talk about one of the most googled topics during pregnancy: exercise. You’ve probably heard it all by now—well-meaning advice, outdated warnings, and maybe even
“This isn’t who I am!” I would scream in my head day after day of living in a messed up version of Groundhog Day that I unaffectionately titled, “The Covid Crap Show”. My patience for my kids, and more importantly for myself, had flown out the window along with all the other things I took for granted in my pre-covid life.
Empowering Mothers to Thrive in Motherhood and Beyond
Hi, I’m Carly Church—mother of three, passionate advocate for maternal mental health, and founder of We Got You Mama. My mission is simple yet profound: to create a world where mothers feel seen, supported, and empowered in every stage of life, from the joys and challenges of motherhood to pursuing their personal and professional dreams.
For over 25 years, I’ve worked in the entertainment industry as a model and actor, immersing myself in the art of storytelling. My career brought incredible opportunities, from traveling the world to serving in Kenya, but it also came with personal challenges. I’ve faced anxiety and depression since my teen years and, three years ago, was officially diagnosed with ADHD after long suspecting I was neurodivergent. These experiences have underscored the vital importance of mental health and the resilience and support needed to navigate life’s demands.”
Motherhood became my greatest teacher. As a mom of three, I’ve experienced the joys, struggles, and emotional weight that come with raising a family while still trying to nurture my own identity. These experiences shaped my drive to create a community where moms don’t just survive—they thrive.
During the pandemic, I took a leap of faith and purchased a FIT4MOM franchise, determined to rebuild the business amidst uncertainty. What started as a daunting challenge turned into a powerful lesson in grit, adaptability, and the magic of surrounding yourself with a supportive village.
Through my journey, I realized that moms everywhere face similar challenges—feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and stretched too thin. We Got You Mama was born from my passion to change that narrative. This platform is more than a business; it’s a movement. It’s a space where mothers can connect with resources, experts, and other moms to build the support systems they need to truly thrive.
I believe that addressing both professional and mental health needs is essential for women to live fulfilling lives. Whether you’re navigating the early stages of motherhood, building a career, or simply trying to find balance, my goal is to make sure you never feel alone on your journey.
Because, Mama, we’ve got you.
