Learn More About We Got You Mama

Dear Mama,

First of all, let me just say: I see you. Whether you’re rocking three-day-old sweatpants, Googling “how to get baby to sleep without crying (both of us),” or wondering how on earth you’ll survive the next toddler tantrum, I’ve been there. Actually, I’m still there—because motherhood is a lifelong, wild, messy, and absolutely beautiful ride.

I’m Carly Church, a mom of three, a lover of chocolate and caffeine (because… motherhood), and someone who has been in the trenches of sleepless nights, postpartum struggles, and the never-ending search for answers to questions no one prepared me for. The truth is, motherhood is the ultimate paradox: it’s the most fulfilling job in the world, yet it can leave you feeling completely empty at times.

That’s why I created We Got You Mama—because no mama should have to walk this journey alone. They say it takes a village, but what they don’t tell you is that finding that village can be really, really hard. Motherhood can feel isolating, overwhelming, and, let’s be honest, downright lonely. But it doesn’t have to be.

Here, in this space, we’re building a worldwide community for moms just like you—a place where you can find the support, resources, and connection you need to not just survive motherhood, but truly thrive.

Whether you’re navigating the sleepless haze of the newborn stage, battling postpartum depression, raising a neurodivergent child, or wondering if you’ll ever feel like you again, We Got You Mama is here to hold you in all those moments. We connect mom to mom, mom to self, and mom to experts, so you can feel educated, connected, and empowered to tackle whatever comes your way.

And here’s the most important thing I want you to know: your health—mental, emotional, and physical—matters. It must come first. You are the foundation of your family, the one raising the next generation, and when you thrive, your children thrive. Taking care of yourself is not selfish; it’s necessary, and I’m here to remind you of that every single day.

So, welcome to the village you’ve been searching for. The one that laughs with you, cries with you, and lifts you up when you need it most. Whether you’re here for expert advice, a good laugh, or just someone to remind you that you’re not alone, we’ve got you, mama.

With all my heart,
Carly

Sarah is a mom of two and a passionate advocate for empowering mothers through education and fitness. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Pre & Postnatal Exercise Specialist, and Core Rehabilitation Expert, she combines professional expertise with personal experience from IVF, miscarriage, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery.

After being told by her doctor that “peeing yourself after kids is just part of motherhood,” Sarah refused to accept that narrative. Through research, persistence, and the guidance of a pelvic floor therapist, she healed her core and pelvic floor, igniting a mission to challenge outdated beliefs about postpartum recovery.

In 2017, Sarah opened the first pre & postnatal fitness studio in Marin, CA, and later launched LUNA’s virtual platform and mobile app to make evidence-based resources accessible worldwide. Now, with a thriving global community, Sarah is dedicated to helping mothers feel stronger and more empowered than ever.

“Our bodies are incredible and capable. I’m stronger as a mother, and I love helping others discover their strength too.”
